When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. You’ll receive tracking details by email.

How long does UK delivery take?

UK delivery typically arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may require additional time.

How do I request a return?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with tags attached.

Which items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and bespoke reasons, earrings, personalised pieces, altered garments, and made-to-order items cannot usually be returned.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email photographs and your order number within 48 hours. We’ll arrange the next steps promptly.
